FCC Approval |
All active amplifying (repeater) products sold on this websites are licensed to operate on their appropriate bands by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Details of these licenses can be found on the FCC website, under the "Grantee Code" UM8. Repeaters are approved under the Equipment class of "Licensed on-Broadcast Station Transmitters". Customers should note that installation and operating configurations of our repeater products, including antenna gain and cable loss, must satisfy MPE categorical Exclusion Requirements of 2.1091. In addition, the antenna must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. |

These terms and conditions, together with any invoices regarding the products ordered by the customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between RepeaterStore.com and the Customer, and superseded all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between RepeaterStore.com and the Customer relating to the subject products. |
