The Wilson 801108 is a single channel 800MHz amplifier suitable for large home/building use. This only covers the lower half of the 800MHz band - 824-835/869-880 MHz. Most customers will require the full band 801106 amplifier. This is the amplifier only. For a complete kit, antennas and coaxial cable are required. How it works: The outside antenna is placed in the area of best signal, collects it and sends it through a cable to the amplifier. The 801108 amplifier boosts the signal, and then sends the boosted signal through a cable to the inside antenna. This provides an area of improved signal that can be used by up to 15 phones or data cards simultaneously. Kit recommendations: To work as a complete kit, then the Wilson 801108 amplifier needs to be combined with an external antenna, internal antenna and coaxial cable.
