Product Overview

The 308401 antenna from Wilson is a dual band antenna designed for use with any Wilson Dual Band amplifier. This kit includes both the 'Trucker' antenna (part 301101) and the 3-way mount (901104). For home installation the 301101 is mounted on the edge of the roof to provide the best possible signal reception. The design of this antenna also makes it perfect for RV's and trucks, as it can be easily attached to the vehicles mirror with the included mount.

For homes:

This antenna is the recommended antenna for the Wilson SOHO Dual band repeater. When mounted on the roof the antenna provides excellent signal gain on both the 800Mhz and 1900Mhz bands. The included 3 way mount allows the antenna to be attached to any horizontal bar (up to 1/2" thick), making it perfect for roof attachment. The signal can then be brought inside using the enclosed coaxial cable and attached to a amplifier and rebroadcast.

For trucks and RV's:

This antenna was originally designed to attach to the side mirrors of trucks and RV's. The antenna receives cell phone signal from the nearest cellular tower and brings it inside the vehicle. This can then be attached to your cell phone (you will need an adapter to do this - call us for details) or to a cellular amplifier, which will then boost the signal and rebroadcast it. Either way, the result will be better cell phone reception - but using an active amplifier will have a stronger effect then connecting straight to your cell phone.
