Product Overview
The zBoost Single Band YX026 Exterior Antenna Upgrade is for use in homes or offices with particularly poor cell reception. Designed to be mounted outside, the antenna upgrade is a directional yagi antenna, which when pointed in the direction of the nearest cell tower can dramatically improve cell reception.
The kit includes both a Yagi Antenna for the 800Mhz band, along with all the necessary mounting equipment. The antenna upgrade is compatible only with the YX500-CEL 800MHz home cell repeaters. If have another zBoost repeater, then please use the 1900MHz or Dual Band antenna upgrades. The antenna's are designed to be pole mounted to provide optimum signal reception.

My signal outside was only 1 bar, so without the Antenna Upgrade I wouldn't be able to use a cell repeater at all. Now I have the repeater and the antenna I can use my cell phone all over my house.
