- Return period ends 30 days from date of receipt of product.
- Returned products must be in original condition, with no scratches, dents, or other signs of usage.
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. Your account will be billed for any missing items.
- All original packaging must be included. Units should be double boxed.
- The Return Authorization Number must be on the shipping label and/or on the outer carton (but NOT on the products packaging.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- International returns will only be accepted for DOA or Defective products, which must be in as-new condition in their original packaging.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after this time will be refused.
- RepeaterStore credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
- Returned products that do not meet these conditions or products damaged upon return may be refused, or subjected to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Deviations from these terms and conditions may result in the product being returned to you with no credit issued.
Digital Antenna Products
All Digital Antenna returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
