Signal taps are used to unevenly split signal. Uneven splitting of signal can be used to "daisy-chain" antennas instead of home-running each antenna back to the amplifier.
Microlab signal taps are a low cost, high power, broadband solution for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
The Microlab DN-x4FN series of tappers split high power cellular signals in fixed ratios from 1000:1 to 2:1 with minimal reflections or loss. They operate over a very broad range of wireless bands from 350 MHz to 5,850 MHz.

Installation
The lightweight design allows easy attachment to a wall using the supplied bracket. It has N-Female connectors.
Low-PIM
Microlab antennas and passive components both carry a guarantee for low PIM which improves coverage and capacity thereby optimizing network performance. PIM, or passive intermodulation, is form of distortion that occurs in devices like antennas as a result of nonlinearities in the system.
Higher PIM can be caused by dissimilar materials, design flaws, or corrosion by weather or age. PIM can cause significant disruption to system performance. The DN-x4FN series is designed with only a few solder joints and an air dielectric, so loss is minimized and reliability enhanced.
Warranty
Microlab warranties all of their active antenna products for 1 year and all of their passive antennas, passive products, and any other products for 3 years against any workmanship or material defects.
