Wi-Ex zBoost CI Active Antenna

The zBoost CI Active Antenna is an antenna preamplifier that is designed to provide maximum in-door cell phone signal performance in signal-challenged buildings and demanding applications. It can be used with the Wi-Ex zBoost YX545 and zBoost YX745.

The zBoost CI is intended for use with zBoost YX545 and YX745 units. It allows up to four base units to connect to a single outdoor antenna. The zBoost CI can also be used to increase the cable run of these units from up to 75 feet to over 250 ft. Additionally, with the ability to utilize fewer antennas coupled with the use of longer coax cable, users can provide improved cell phone signal to many of those clients who previously were unable to enjoy the increased cell phone signal provided by zBoost.

The dual-band active antenna amplifier consists of a self-contained, in-line unit to be mounted with the Signal Antenna. No additional cable runs are needed.

• More distance covered - less degradation. Installers may now route the RG-6 where it is convenient (over 250 feet) rather than struggle to keep it under 75 feet.
• Self configures with and receives DC power from zBoost CI coverage unit(s).
